वह चिड़िया जो

★ Here's how SAAVI teaches this:
💡 Example

Do you remember — when it's raining outside, and Mummy makes hot pakoras and chai for everyone? We all sit together and enjoy that simple meal so much, don't we? Even if it's not a big fancy feast, we feel so happy and satisfied. That's exactly how our little bird is — she eats tiny grains from the jungle with so much joy and contentment, finding happiness in what she has. — So, what simple things bring you that kind of satisfaction?

⚠️ Misconception

❌ Sometimes, students think that because the bird is 'in solitude' (विजन में) in a dense forest, it must be lonely or a bit scared.

✅ But actually, didi, the bird isn't lonely at all! The poem tells us she is very courageous (साहसी). She loves the forest and her voice is so sweet that she sings happily even when she's alone. She isn't afraid, nor does she feel lonely. She's perfectly content and happy with herself in nature! — Do you think being alone always means being lonely?

🔬 Activity

Here's something you can try — for the next few days, find one small plant or a bird near your home and observe it carefully. Notice how it moves, what it eats, or how it faces the sunlight. You'll see how perfectly it lives its life, just like our little bird! — What new thing did you learn about nature from your observation?

बचपन

★ Here's how SAAVI teaches this:
💡 Example

Remember how your nani or dadi tells you stories from their childhood? Like how they used to climb mango trees, or the different games they played in the gully? It's so much fun to listen to them, right? This chapter is a bit like that — it takes us on a journey back to those cherished memories when everything felt different and special. So, what do you think — what was very different in your parents' childhood compared to yours?

⚠️ Misconception

❌ Sometimes we think childhood is just about playing and having zero worries — only fun, no tension.

✅ But that's not entirely true, is it? Your mom and dad also give you small chores sometimes, right? Even in childhood, we learn so much, take on little responsibilities, and experience new things. Every childhood is special and a little different in its own way. What do you think is the trickiest part of being a child?

🔬 Activity

Ek kaam karo — to understand this chapter even better, ask your grandparents or an elderly family member about their childhood. Listen to their favourite games, foods, and school stories — and write down how different they were from your own childhood! Is there any game your dadi played that you think you could still play today?
